We came across a data discrepancy raised by a user as below
"I generated a report as shown below in “People Chat Analytics – VA,” resulting in the attached file, in which I identified that two chats were not counted. The unrecorded chats refer to the following employees:
While trying to get this resolved we saw that these 2 chats do not have an Assignment Groups as you can find it here:
Also we see that there are many such cases which doesn't have an Assignment Group as in here:
can anyone help why this is the case for the chats being unassigned.
