Hi all, can someone help me with the error message which I am getting when I am creating new resource assignment?
Steps to reporoduce, follow the steps on screenshot and press new. Fill out the data and press save, then "Either a resource or attribute is mandatory" appears together with Invalid value on insert. After I choose the resource I am getting new error: Resource assignment cannot be created or updated because xxx xxx is not available.

Thanks! I had the same issue, and that solution worked perfectly.
However, I'm running into a similar problem with groups. I'm getting the following error message:
"Group Resource Assignment cannot be created for a group without any primary users."
Do you know if there's a similar fix or workaround for this as well?

Yes you need to add some users to that group as a primary group and define their schedule

Currently doing the SPM Implementation Course and ran into the same issue on the Financial Planning Lab. I inactivated the BR just to allow me to complete the Lab but then when moving onto the following section (Resource Management) came across the following little nugget of useful information:
pps_resource: Only users with the PPS Resource role are considered for resource planning, and only users or groups with the PPS resource role appear in resource assignments.
So, maybe if the running order of the course material was swapped around I could have avoided the issue altogether?
Hope this helps (albeit a bit after the fact)
