Hi Community,
I am planning for a update of my instance in 2025 and 2026.
I am struggling with the EOL date of my current instance, Xanadu. Do you have any idea how ServiceNow determine the EOL time?
I have seen a statement that Ideally the end of life is considered for n-2 releases after 90 days of a new release. Is it true?
Thank you.

Hi @major li ,
To start with , the statement is TRUE that end of life is considered for n-2 releases after 90 days of a new release.
Better to talk to your ServiceNow Executive assigned for your company to know the best or you can raise a Support Case as well.
This is how we manage our EOL programs :
How to Access the CHG:
- Log in to the Now Support Portal.
- Navigate to Instances -> Instances Dashboard, then click on your instance to see the list of associated changes.
- Locate the relevant Parent CHG and click to view details, ask questions, or place comments if you require assistance.
Note: A dedicated ServiceNow team actively monitors updates and comments on Parent CHGs, ensuring your requests for help are promptly addressed without the need to open a separate case.
