Find release that contains fix for KB0958489/PRB1281005

According to KB0958489, PRB1281005 has been resolved but it does not specify which release(s) contains the fix. I have checked unsucessfully the release notes for Utah Patch 7b through Utah Patch 9 for the fix. Where can I find that information?
