If we select user in doc validator list then selected user should not shown in doc approver list and vice-versa and ceo will not show in this list.

Create knowledge based on attachment .              

1. First approval go to owner of knowledge base.

2.  approval go to doc validator's users if one approved then send notification to owner of knowledge base.

3. same as doc approval.

4. approval go to ceo.

Before approved, owner of knowledge can modify – doc validator, doc approver, ceo field.
