Global Text Search missing after upgrading to Yokohama

We're in the middle of our upgrade tests. Since the updrage, the global text search field has vanished. It's the same situation in all the upgraded instances.
I inspected the structure of the page, the container "search-container" still exist at the correct place, its height is 0.

 

What I already tried from the various solutions posted:

  • Checked the sys property for the text global search, it's at true.
  • Checked the module, it's active.
  • Checked for a change in the roles needed to access the search. No differences between our prod and test instance.
  • Clearing the cache with cache.do and browser cache clear changed nothing.

I was about to repair the plugin sn-component-workspace-global-search until I realized it is for the search results, not the search bar.

 

I suppose I missed something obvious, but from where I am. I can't see it.
Any suggestions ?

Any screenshot? Also try repair sn_ui_globalsearch

I just tried to repair for  sn_ui_globalsearch, no luck. Still the same situation.
