Guided Decisions for Field Service Management?

Hi all,

I have been asked by a customer whether we can incorporate Guided Decisions in the Field Service Management context? In the application details (sn_ga_exp) on the Store I only found it applicable for Customer Service Management. Can someone, please, elaborate whether guided decisions could be used to streamline the work of dispatchers?
