How does Zboot works

Hi,

 

We want to reboot our sub-prod and then clone it from prod.

 

After Zboot how a user can login if we do not have data and instance is in OOTB state?

Hi @gazalagrawa 

 

It's a while since I zbooted an instance but from memory, you request it through the support portal and it's an automated process.

 

Part of the process is that once it's done, ServiceNow will supply you with new credentials for your instance's system administrator account.
