How to enable the 'assign to me' button to the 'itil_agent_l1' user in service operations workspace. The l1 user not able to assign incidents in list view.

Hello @Maharshi4 

 

Go to Navigator > System Definition > UI Actions > Assign to Me.

 

In the role field add the itil_agent_l1 role.

         The UI action is visible in list view of classic view , but not in service operations workspace.

Go to UI Action> Assign to Me> You will find one related tab> Workspace Form Button> You need to enable it by checking it.
