My name is Zita. because of inactivity my Instance was claimed back to the pool and I have an assignment to submit tomorrow sunday 11/12/2023. I wanted to find out hoe to reclaim it.

Sorry to be the one to tell, but there is no way to reclaim a PDI that has been reclaimed back to the pool.

you’re only option is to claim a new fresh installation.

I agree with Anders, once ur pdi is gone back to pool we cannot reclaim it unfortunately.

You need to request for a fresh instance.
