I am suffering from a similar concern. We have a list field type that stores the series of that record's parents to determine the full-scope of parent-child relationships for that record. We currently configure a dashboard filter by selecting the filter source as that table, then the data to filter is the list field type on that table. It returns the records where the list field contains the filter selected value. Effectively all of the child records and those children's children ... for the parent selected in the filter. However, like above, in some PDI testing it appears that list field types are not an option for the Data to filter in Xanadu compared to Vancouver. Is there any supporting information or help out there?
