How to use Build Zip action in Utility Action Spoke Flow Designer

Build zip action in flow designer returns error "No attachments found to zip" even after using Add files to zip action.

@swatiMaan did you ever fine your answer? I am working with this spoke, and everything seems fine, but the zip file contains error's but nothing identifiable to fix.
