HR agent workspace create case form columns changes

Hi 

 

1. IN HR agent workspace after selecting user record and click on next button we can able to see user preview record in that I need to edit columns how to edit  line employee number and email like i need to add move ? PFB screen shot

2. IN HR agent workspace after selecting user record and click on next button we can able to see hr service in different tabs i need to order the colums how to chang the order. PFB below screen shot.

expecting order:
number,state,shortdescription,hrservice
