What is the table size limit for data preservers (cloning)?

One of the ServiceNow doc says :

"There is a physical limit for data to be preserved for each table. Wherever feasible, prefer recreating your configurations to preserving them."

 

Any one knows about this size limit?

I have not seen any doc which tells us any limit as such.
