I am not able to connect to ServiceNow using Power Automate flow

Hello,

 

I am trying to connect to ServiceNow using Power Automate Flow but getting User Authentication error.

The credentials that I am using are valid so, I am not sure what the cause is.

The account I am using is Azure AD account. Is this the cause? If yes, how to solve it?

Or Do I need some specific Role assigned to me? If yes, which role should I use?

 

Which one from below mentioned roles can I select?

Hi Kedar,

 

Please assign rest_service and web_service_admin. It should work.
