i lost all my achievements,my badges, access to courses.

Today when i logged in to the nowlearning platform. i was shocked to see All my data and my achievements has been lost. All my course access, my vouchers,  my certifications which includes Certified System Administrator(CSA), Flow Designer, Welcome to Servicenow Micro Certification. This is really a tensed situation and i request you to  bring all my data and achievements back as soon as possible. I am unable to access any study material for future preparation. My certification is still available in the webessessor account. Please suggest me what should i do. i have already raised a case but there is no reply from the support side.

Please submit a support ticket so that the issue can be resolved. Attached is a document containing the necessary instructions for generating a case in NowLearning. This will help you.

My issue got resolved. Give them some more time and see. Else raise another one.

@faizan-18 Similar issues have been reported by many other users today. Don't worry about it as many other users are also impacted hence ServiceNow team has already taken a note of it and they must be working on to restore the achievements and course progress.

Thank you very much sir. I hope they fix this issue because i have to prepare for my exam. And this issue looks quite critical. I thought adding  my webassessor account again might fix the issue but its showing the message as this id is already logged in with some other account on nowlearning platform and the account name which they are showing is the same account from which i am logging in and that's weird. 

 

@faizan-18 If you have an upcoming exam then I recommend you to make a daily followup with Now support on your case. You can also send an email to certification@servicenow.com.

@Sandeep Rajput Sir its been more than 24 hours. My case issue has also not been answered. I thought trying to link my webassesor account again may fix the problem but its showing that the account is already linked with other account in nowlearning platform and showing the same account from which i am logging in.
