There is no functionality of auto update, you will have to request for it.

Also, its never a good idea to upgrade any plugin or app as soon as it rolls out, its better to wait until patch or hotfix releases.

Also, You need to do due diligence before you go for upgrade, thorough testing and analysis, blindly going for upgrade can have adverse impact on your process.
