Just up gradated the instance now unable to login to personal dev instance

Go to developer.servicenow.com.
In your User Profile, you will find the reference to your instance.

Hav eyou setup your MFA, as your screenshot is suggesting that it is stucking at MFA validation.

go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home , login and and press start building - This shouldn't open your instance.

Try to refresh the instance and login again. Sometimes it could be due to cache issues, try log in with Incognito or InPrivate mode in the browser.

 

Since your issue is related to MFA, it could be due to below known error. Follow the link for steps to login to the instance,
