inbound email receive is not active in PDI on zurich

Can anyone please tell me what is going on as email properties are active but still in diagnostics I can see it is not operational ("It's showing tool-tip 'there are no active receiving emails'")?

Hi @Papai Ghosh 

Yes, that’s correct. Email configuration accounts are not enabled in PDI due to a security issue. You can follow this post to configure it in PDI.
