Lifecycle events - onboarding process - 2 tasks for one activity

Hi All,

we have recently implemented an onboarding process for our new starters using the Lifecycle Events. One of the activities is an HR Task - record producer that allows new joiner to attach some right to work documents (passport, birth certificate, visa etc). This then generates an HR Case that is assigned to our HR Operations Team to review the documents and save them in employee's folder.

We would like another HR Team (Local HR Team that runs office induction) to have access to these documents, too - and I am wondering how to achieve that:

   - is it possible for another case to be generated form the same activity and auto-assigned to the Local HR Team? OR

   - is it possible for an HR Task to be triggered from this activity and auto-assigned to the Local HR Team? OR

   - does the HR Operations Team need to manually create an HR Task for Local HR Team? OR

   - does the HR Operations Team need to add Local HR Team as collaborators to grant them access to documents? OR

   - can we set an email notification for the local HR Team that gets sent when HR Operations Teams finishes their review or saved the documents in employee's file?

I am very keen to find out which option would be best fit - or maybe someone has other ideas how to achieve the above goal.

I am not 100% sure, as I am currently doing my study in HRSD currently, my thoughts

   - is it possible for an HR Task to be triggered from this activity and auto-assigned to the Local HR Team? OR --> This is more  good and easy, You can use flow or add a task in Service wise 

   - does the HR Operations Team need to add Local HR Team as collaborators to grant them access to documents? OR

Thanks Atul, as for now we are adding the Local team members as collaborators, but I'll test adding an HR Task in flow designer.
