Upgrade to Washington DC and the SSO stopped working

Hi, 
we have a self hosted environment. 
We upgraded yesterday our Development instance to Washington DC Patch 8 Hotfix 3 and the SSO is no longer Working.
we are using costume OIDC, and everything was working fine before. |
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

what you sent does not seem to be related to the SSO.

I am no sure that OIDC come with plugin, if yes, try to repair or update it. else log a Now support case.
