Live Message related errors

Few of our users are seeing errors when working on instance. It is related to live_message. I also checked ACLs, not sure what has to be modified to resolve this. Or if there is some system property. 

 

The error message is "Part of the query on live_message has been ignored because of read security rules on live_message.chat_message & Part of the query on live_message has been ignored because of read security rules on live_message.state".

 

Please help..

Hi @jparman ,

 

I took a couple steps for it. The first was to look up the Indexed Source and make it inactive. This keeps it from being referenced and what appears to keep the alert/error from displaying. I then also went into the Search Profiles and Unlinked it as a Search Source. This keeps it from having a header area on the search results page since it will always be blank, so it takes up less space.

The article seems no more available (same error for us)

Why we can't find this article? probably another article, fix or new patch is available?

Do you know more about this?

 

The article is still published, but it's only available when you're logged into the support.servicenow site. It has a last update of 06/25 now, but I'm not seeing anything that changed from my screenshot above.
