Looking for suggestions on next ServiceNow module to learn after completing ITSM and certifications

Hi everyone,

I’ve completed the ITSM module and Integration course, and I hold the following certifications:

  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)

  • CAD (Certified Application Developer)

  • CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM)

I’m now looking to learn a new ServiceNow module that can strengthen my profile and increase my chances of getting recruited.

Could you please suggest which module or specialization (like HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or Gen AIetc.) would be most valuable to learn next, considering current industry demand?

As I mentioned earlier, many courses on Now Learning are free of charge — this applies to the courses only, not the certification exams.

If you're still interested in learning:

  • For ITOM, I recommend following the AjayTechTrek channel.

  • For HRSD, you can refer to the playlist on my channel.

For ITAM, there are two different paths:

  • SAM (Software Asset Management)

  • HAM (Hardware Asset Management)

Both have dedicated courses available on Now Learning, which are great starting points. A solid understanding of CMDB and CSDM is foundational for both paths.

For GRC, you can either explore the courses on Now Learning or follow the playlist on my channel for guidance.

  • ITOM is great if you're interested in infrastructure monitoring and automation. It focuses on managing IT operations, including cloud, monitoring, and automation.

  • HRSD is ideal if you want to integrate HR processes with ITSM. It allows you to design workflows and service catalogs specifically for HR services.
