I’ve completed the ITSM module and Integration course, and I hold the following certifications:
CSA (Certified System Administrator)
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM)
I’m now looking to learn a new ServiceNow module that can strengthen my profile and increase my chances of getting recruited.
Could you please suggest which module or specialization (like HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or Gen AIetc.) would be most valuable to learn next, considering current industry demand?
