Machine Learning flow is not predecting assignment group after Xanadu version upgrade

I’ve created a classification model using ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence to predict the assignment group for incidents. The flow designer has been set up to utilize this model and route incidents based on the predicted assignment group, and everything was working smoothly before the upgrade.
However, after the recent Xanadu upgrade, I’ve noticed that the flow is no longer picking up the predicted assignment group value from the classification model. The flow continues to run but doesn’t reflect the updated prediction.
Has anyone else encountered this issue after upgrading to Xanadu, or are there any additional steps I need to take to ensure compatibility with the new version?
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

If this worked before the upgrade and doesn't work now anymore I suggest you open a case with ServiceNow support as most probably additional checks are needed.

Thank you for your reply. We have already raised a case and we are yet to get the solution from them. but we need the solution ASAP so checking here as well.
