Make a button on Service Portal for saving drafts

Hi all,

 

I am in the middle of upgrading to Washington DC and have seen this really cool feature to Save as Draft option.

 

However, I want to make a button or a drop down on my Service Portal so that all users can click on it and look at their drafts. 

 

Any tips and suggestions to do this?

No need to do customization. A user can see all drafts under request:

Hi there,

 

Out-of-the-box you can pretty easily access the Drafts. That isn't sufficient or is it not clear? Or is the drop down because of better UX experience or something?
