Hi Experts,
Today i upgraded my PDI with Zurich candidate 3 release to explore it. After upgraded when i am trying to launch PDI, it is asking for MFA code from my autheenticator app on phone. When i am entering that code from authenticator, Servicenow is displaying error and i am not able to launch PDI:-
Your 6-digit verification code is incorrect. Try again with the correct code.
I know there is no official support available for PDI so asking you people.
Just wanted to check if others are facing any such issue.

Nikhil Bajaj

Sometimes stale sessions or cookies cause issues,Since this is a PDI, you can try to clean up browser cache or reset your MFA setup:
Go to the sys_user table.
Find your user record and clear the MFA-related fields (mfa_secret or similar).
Next time you log in, you should be prompted to register MFA again.
