Client wants to migrate from Agent Work Space to Service Operations Workspace (SOW)?

Could you please provide your best practices and proposed solutions

It seems like we're stuck at the first step with this utility in PDI. To double-check, you can try repairing the plugin and verify if any specific roles need to be assigned, in addition to the admin role. If that doesn't work, it might be that this utility is not compatible with PDI after all.
