Missing elapsed time bar in Vancouver release...

In releases prior to Vancouver there was a bar (I think it was yellow) that used to appear at the top of the window when a form or list is loading.  This bar displayed elapsed time (seconds counting up) since you clicked to load the record or list.  After we upgraded to Vancouver this bar is no longer present anywhere in the instance.  I looked in documentation and here on the community and I don't see any mention of this anywhere.  Does anyone know if it's possible to bring the bar back?

I found it.  In Vancouver, it's now only visible when the Next UI is disabled.  I am positive that I have seen this while using the Next UI in Utah.  I opened a case with ServiceNow support asking them why this was removed in Vancouver and how can we get it back.  I suspect that there is no way to bring it back.

I got a response from ServiceNow support regarding this:

This issue has been identified via PRB1720035, the fix for the issue is being targeted in the Xanadu release.
