Hi @musinanaram

My instance is working fine.

1.Can you try in Incognito/InPrivate browser once?

2. If all application is slow in your machine, Check your connection (Wifi or hotspot).

3. Lastly Try with Logout and login once.

Hello @musinanaram ,

I have noticed some performance issues on my instance as well, but the root cause can vary significantly from one instance to another.
Before investigating the instance itself, try testing in another browser or an Incognito window. Browser cache, extensions, or local browser issues can sometimes cause unexpected slowness.

If your instance has a large number of customizations, integrations, or complex flows, they can sometimes impact performance.

If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.

Unfortunately PDIs are not supported by ServiceNow for any issues.

If you continue facing this issue and no dev work has been done in that PDI then get new PDI

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
