Hello,
I am currently trying to upgrade my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) from the Zurich release to the Australia release.
However, I am encountering an issue.
From Manage My Instance, I select the Australia release under Upgrade release and click the Upgrade button. The status changes to "Upgrading Instance...", but after a while it returns to "Online". The instance is not upgraded, and it appears that the upgrade process is canceled.
Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue?

Hi @snowtesting
It might be some interments issue, you can try again. Due to high demand of PDI might be upgrad also get impacted so nothing to worry. Keep trying but don't release the instance.
