Navigation filter is not disappearing after an instance being cloned from Vancouver version instance

Hi Team,

Recently we upgraded our PROD instance to Vancouver, post upgrade, lower instance being cloned from Vancouver version instance, after clone filter navigation and banner icons disappeared(next experience) in lower instance.

I validated properties, all looks good:

"glide.ui.polaris.menus" property it's true only
"glide.ui.polaris.use" in User preference, it's true only.

Kindly let me know what the issue.

Did you clone with Exclude Attachment Data true and or Preserve Theme false?

If so, that may explain the issue. You could clone again with the settings corrected, or add the images again/reconfigure your theme.

Clone setting for Exclude Attachment data is true and Preserve them is true.

Every time i used to clone the lower instance with the same settings and preserve and exclude list. But this time facing this issue.

I've experienced something similar before, where the user preference glide.ui.polaris.use was set to false on the specific user.
