Hello team!
I was trying to develop an ATF to learn about parent child relationship.
task:
I created a parent incident with CI ServicenNow.
Now, I need to open 3 more incidents with CI’s (ci not found, x, empty).
Now, how can i submit an ATF without mentioning the CI (As its a mandatory field) and also, how do I relate the parent CI with child CI in such a way that the child incidents should be resolved if i resolve the parent incident.
Can some on help me with the test steps please?
