New Features of SLA(service level agreement) in Washington

Our project is planning to upgrade from utah to Washington.
I want to know the new features/updates in SLA(service level agreement) module.

Not 100% sure, is any thing got change in SLA.

Recently we have upgraded from Utah to Washington and as per my understanding, analysis and the Washington release notes. I do not see any update has been made on the SLA. I hope this helps you.
