We just upgraded one of our sub-prod instances to Yokohama and now when we log in, we get this banner message at the top:
We looked up the two KB's on this, but we are already using our OKTA application to "log" into this instance.
What steps do we need to do to get this message to stop appearing or for Service Now to implement a different MFA authentication to our instance.
We will be upgrading to Production soon, so we don't want this banner to appear every time one our itil users logs into the instance via OKTA.

OK but we do login with SSO account so anyway we can make that banner go away??
