From my PDI, I don't have access from the Application Manager, to the Store application.

In the new PDI also the same issue? Try to get a lower version and then check.

Hi @SoukainaE ,
Unfortunately you can not install a Store App in PDI, we can Install the plugins available from the Plugins page in instance and which are available in Activate Plugin module in the developer.service-now.com home page.

Hello @SoukainaE @AndersBGS @Dr Atul G- LNG , I still have the same issue on my PDI instance as well (xanadu release), the new App Manager stopped working since i installed The CSM familly plugin.
Temporary solution is using THE CLASSIC APP MANAGER
