On-Call Schedules remainders are not displaying correctly

When a person logs in the platform the first screen he/she sees is the Service Operations Workspace, there is a banner on the top showing that he/she is scheduled as Primary Monday Dec 04 at 8:00 AM but when you check the on-call schedule this person is setup for December 25. How we can correct this message to appear with the correct information.
