My instance is offline form past 6 hours, can you please check and make it available asap.
please let me know, what are all actions i need to take.

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days, and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hello @harishchenn
I encountered a similar issue previously, and my instance became available again after 2-3 days. I recommend waiting patiently for a couple of days, as it might resolve itself. If the instance remains offline even after 3-4 days, you may need to release the current instance and request a new one.
Note: There is no support for PDI.

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online after some time
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation.

@harishchenn If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.
