Platform customization report

We have requirement where we want to build a report to look at entire platform customizations made from start of day 1 of go-live until today date. This is to help us understand amount of customization made to platform and plan the upgrade. Is there a report we can refer that can give the platform customization percentage and what records, applications are customization.
