Predictive Intelligence not able to predict Classification-->service & Assignment groups correctly. This have been in place and was working correctly earlier.
Majorly noticed since upgrade. Has anyone has encountered similar issue or know bug or identified issue with release.
Failed to predict service. Failed to predict assignment group. As fallback, assignment group is set to Dispatch.
