reCAPTCHA not displaying after upgrade to Australia release

Hello Community,

After upgrading our instance to the Australia release, we noticed that reCAPTCHA is no longer displaying on our external user registration page.

To investigate, we also created a new external user registration page, but reCAPTCHA still does not appear there either.

We have confirmed the following:

  • The site key and secret key are both valid in the Google reCAPTCHA Admin Console

  • The keys are correctly configured in sys_properties

  • No customizations were made to the OOTB reCAPTCHA widget

  • Browser console does not show any obvious errors related to reCAPTCHA

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue after upgrading to the Australia release? If you have any insights or workarounds, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

In Australia version, following fixes are there- 

External User Self-RegistrationPRB1967636In external user self-registration, Google captcha loads inconsistently

 

Could you Set system property sn_ext_usr_reg.captchaEnabled to the recommended value of true

 

refer: Enable Captcha for External User Registration [Updated in Security Center 1.3 and 1.5] 

 

Then Navigate to cache.do and run a cache flush to ensure all system properties are applied
