Report on incident to calculate how much time spent on ticket by assigned to of specific assignment

Hi,

I have created custom field name "time" which is use to mention time how much time spent on incident.I need create a report on incident to calculate how much time spent on ticket per month by assigned to of specific assignment.please someone help me.That would be appreciated.

                      need to identify each team member

                         all time spent on tickets per month

Can you further clarify the requirement?

Is the expectation that agents fill in the time manually in your field and you want to report on that field, or is the field supposed to calculate time based on certain criteria?

Several OOTB ways for this kind of requirement:

1. Enable the "Time worked" field on the form views, which will count the time that an assigned to spends on the record. You can pull a report on that.

2. Enable the "Time Card Management" plugin.
This in my opinion provides a better solution than option 1, because then agents will be able to enter their time manually, which more likely also take into account any time that was spent outside ServiceNow for their ticket.
