Reschedule a Production Maintenance Update

Hopefully this is the right forum. A customer received an email that their instance is scheduled for an update:

"Maintenance notification: Address the Performance Impact Due to ScriptEnginesTables Cache Size

Be informed • No downtime • November 2025

We are reaching out to inform you about the undersized configuration of the ScriptEnginesTables cache which may lead to slower system performance on your noted instances."

How can the customer reschedule this update to a later date?

You need to connect with the Support team, but if this is something managed by SN across all customers, then I don’t think it’s possible for customers to reschedule it. A customer can only view this under the Support Portal, if I’m not mistaken.
