I have an out of the box business rule or any configuration which I have modified. I know that best practice is that make the original rule as inactive and make a copy of it to modify. Can I still revert the modified rule to out of the box and make a new copy to modify, during the upgrade does system still check that it's been modified other than modifying the active checkbox since in the first place I have modified the rule but still reverted it back to baseline after modification.
My concern is that I don't the OOB rule to be skipped during the upgrade.

Hi Nitish,
Yes, you can go to the versions tab available on the form, open the OOTB version and click on Revert to this version. If you revert, it will be considered as OOTB and upgrade will not skip the updates during upgrade
