We are facing an issue in our Dev and Uat instances where Script Actions are not executing.
The issue started after the recent instance upgrade. The same functionality was working as expected before the upgrade.
What we have checked:
- The Service Portal widget is working as expected.
- The event is being triggered successfully.
- We can see the event as processed in System Logs → Events.
- However, the Script Action associated with the event is not executing.
- We tested multiple existing Script Actions, and they are not executing.
- We also created a new Script Action for testing, but that is not executing either.
- We added a log statement as the first line of the Script Action, but the log is not generated.
Has anyone faced a similar issue after an instance upgrade?
Are there any upgrade-related changes, system properties, plugin changes, or configurations that could prevent Script Actions from executing?
Any guidance on where we should troubleshoot this further would be appreciated.
