Service Now University Lab Errors

Good Afternoon,

 

I have found a couple errors within the Lab instructions in ServiceNow University which prevents me from completing a couple courses, who can I email these errors to get these fixed or to get alternative instructions so that I can complete the training.

can you please share what errors do you get and what steps you followed?

 

If you believe it's a bug, then go to SN University and create a case from the Help Centre

Hi @SiennaK ,

Go back to the error one by one. double check the instruction and steps which you have performed.

Take help from ServiceNow community & ServiceNow Documentation.

If still you get the issue, Log a case to the Now Learning/ServiceNow University.

 

I believe best learning is that when you start debugging on your own and fix it.
