SP colors change from dev to prod. Same page in both instances but i found two different hotfix version on Yoko patch 7 hotfix 2a and the other patch 7 hotfix 2.
Could this be why the pages are two differing colors. I looked at the properties of them and they are identical including the themeing. Kinda stumped on this

Hi @Andrew C1 ,
Yes, that could definitely be the reason. Even small differences in patch or hotfix versions can include updates to the Service Portal CSS, theming, or branding components, which may affect colors and styling - especially if you’re using the out-of-box themes or variables that reference platform styles.
Can you please:
1. Check if any custom CSS or theme records were overridden or cloned - make sure they’re identical across instances.
2. Try comparing the Service Portal - Theme - Theme CSS Includes and sp_portal - Branding Editor settings between DEV and PROD.
If both are identical, the color difference is likely coming from the platform-level UI changes introduced in that newer hotfix.
Also, if you have integrated widgets, I mean widgets which has integration with tools like Adobe, Global Header across the company or etc, they also can inherit the styles.
If possible, align both instances to the same patch/hotfix level - that’s the best way to ensure consistent styling.
If my answer was helpful, please don't forget to mark it with a thumb up.
Best regards,

Hi @Andrew C1
Please check if someone has imported two different themes in both instances — the color difference might be due to that.
If that’s not the case, then log a Now Support case, as it could be a patch-related issue. Also, try repairing the Service Portal (SP) plugin in both instances to see if that resolves the problem.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
