ServiceNow platform upgrade offering

Hi, 

I am working on creating a offering for accelerating the ServiceNow upgrade process. Has anybody created a kit in the  past?

SN OOTB provide a full kit, including Upgrade preview and plan as well, you can follow upgrade checklist. 

if you provide more details that will be good.

The idea is to create a Service offering which will speed up the process in customer environment. This will consist of accelerators or toolkit like excel questionnaire etc to automate the pre and post upgrade process.
