Yes — in recent ServiceNow releases, the “on or before” option for relative date filters in reports has been deprecated in some modules, including for RITM / Task tables.
Why you can’t see it:
The relative date filters now focus on “last X days” / “in the last X days” / “older than X days” instead of explicit “on or before” options.
It’s a change in the report builder UI starting from Orlando/Paris release onwards.
How to achieve “RITMs not updated for 7 days”:
In Report Builder, go to Conditions.
Select Updated (or Updated on).
Choose “Older than” → 7 days.
This is equivalent to “on or before 7 days ago”.
Run the report — it will show RITMs not updated in the last 7 days.
