As per the latest SN update, the Family Release will be available in May and October. As of now, the official release notes for RTPR are not yet available, so it is difficult to determine what will be deprecated and what will be newly introduced.
You will need to wait until at least the end of April, when Australia will be available on PDI. At that point, you can easily upgrade, test in DEV, and then move to PROD.

Hello @BiswaRanjanRout ,
ServiceNow's Australia release (Q2 2026), following Zurich, brings a new naming convention (countries instead of cities) and significant Platform Analytics (PA) updates, integrating legacy reports into the new UI but focusing AI/new features on platform analytics artifacts, with a focus on enhanced governance (Cloud Governance) & proactive operations (AIOps, OTM) and a renamed Service Bridge. The key shift is to Platform Analytics for future innovation, with existing reports remaining accessible but new development requiring platform analytics.
- Platform Analytics (PA) Evolution:
- Legacy reports/dashboards aren't lost; they'll be viewable within the new Platform Analytics UI but new AI features use platform analytics.
- Focus on migrating to platform analytics artifacts for new development.
- Enhanced Capabilities:
- Cloud Governance Suite: Better compliance, cost, and security.
- Operational Technology Management (OTM): Protecting OT environments.
- AIOps: Proactive IT operations.
- Enterprise Architecture: Connecting business to IT.
- ServiceNow Service Bridge: Renamed but retains functionality for inter-instance service tracking.
- Test the ERP: Join the Early Release Program for early testing.visit here : https://www.servicenow.com/community/upgrades-and-patching-blogs/australia-early-release-program-is-...
